Battlefield 2?

I have a toshiba a135 s4527 and i have been trying to play battlefield 2 on it, i have all of the requirements, it installed but everytime i try to start it up the battlefield sign comes up and it goes off and then a black screen appears like it is going to work, but then that black screen goes off to and nothing happens. Does anyone know what the problem is, and my operating sytem is windows vista home premium. I know it works on windows vista because this other guy online says that it does. My computer is brand new by the way.Battlefield 2?
you might wanna check the system requirements again check the battlefield site for an online fee ummmmmmmmmmmm..... the problem might be you need more ram if you got the laptop from the store there might be a problem with if you bought it off some one they probably lied to you since you and since you like games like battlefield i recommend earth 2160 i know for a fat that it will work and its a good game
